Equipment

The key component to any shipper system is the MA350 atmosphere injection machine that delivers precise, pre-set amounts of the correct TECTROL® Atmosphere to every pallet. TransFRESH also provides specialized service equipment designed to match each shipper's capacity and regional specifications. Advanced systems can turn out a TECTROL®-sealed pallet once every 30 seconds.

Technical Support

Regardless of design, specially-trained TransFRESH personnel set, monitor and maintain all equipment to insure that the proper seal is obtained and the correct levels of atmosphere are injected each and every time.

Sealing the pallet to prepare for inserting TECTROL® Natural Atmosphere

Materials

TransFRESH provides shipping point locations with our proprietary pallet materials and atmosphere systems. Everything it takes to do the job: Gasses, bags, sealing tape, and bottom seal materials have been carefully researched, developed, and qualified by TransFRESH to insure that the correct TECTROL® Atmosphere is consistently sealed and maintained inside the pallet bag.   All plastic materials approved for food contact are only delivered by Transfresh personnel, , and carry the distinctive Tectrol Strawberry logo. The Tectrol Atmosphere and the Tectrol Controlled Atmosphere Systems are listed by OMRI for use in organic production.

TransFRESH materials include specially designed pallet bags, bottom seal plastic and proprietary sealing tape.

Keys To Success Product must be thoroughly cooled to 0 degrees C/ 32 degrees F prior to bagging Proper refrigeration should be maintained through transit and distribution Bags or seals must not be damaged during handling and loading TECTROL® pallet bag should be removed upon arrival
